Our Daycare
Our daycare offers a day full of fun 7 days a week, rain or shine. HGK gives us the ability to bring playtime inside to our playrooms or outside where your furry friends can run on turf, play with toys and run up and down obstacle courses! We offer one on one playtime with a staff member, group play, nature walks through Peacefield Farm, mind stimulation games and of course cuddle time.
Open pick up / drop off times as well as free evaluation for 1st time pups.
Individual Attention for Each Dog
It is important to note that at our daycare, we ensure that no dog is ever left out. Our dedicated staff provides continuous attention and care, making sure every dog feels loved and engaged throughout their stay. This also ensures the safety of each and every dog that comes to play!
At Hidden Gem Kennels, we recognize the importance of structure for dogs rather than letting them engage in free play all day without supervision. While free play can tire a dog out, it can also lead to undesirable behavior or cause them to become overtired and overstimulated, unable to calm down until they crash. Dogs are similar to toddlers in that they have endless energy and need guidance—allowing them to make decisions all day long is not ideal. We believe that while not every dog needs to get along with every other dog, they should have a few good companions either four legged ones or two legged ones. Our daily daycare routine includes mental stimulation, games, nature walks, and daily obedience training. Your pup will either play in a small group with a maximum of five dogs or enjoy solo playtime with our trained handlers. We avoid large group play, as too much stimulation can be overwhelming for any dog. Rest breaks are also an essential part of our routine and don't always require being crated.

Half Day = 5 Hours or less
Full Day = 5-10 Hours
Extended Daycare = Over 10 Hours
